Private AI for business data

How can a small business use AI without sending sensitive data out?

Short answer

Put your AI on a private system you control instead of public chat apps. On the AImpact OS, company and employee data sit on a dedicated server and database, with permissions on company data and on every agent. When a business needs more, we deploy inside its own cloud environment. We already run AI in a client's own AWS account.

The leak you already have

Your people are pasting client history, contracts, and numbers into personal chat apps right now. You can't see it, can't control it, and can't get it back when they leave. Banning AI doesn't fix that. Giving them a private one does.

How the AImpact OS keeps data private

  • Your own server and database

Dedicated to your company. Not a seat in a shared workspace.

  • Company Brain with ACLs

Company data is permissioned. HR and client files are not open to everyone.

  • Private employee brains

Each person’s drafts and notes stay theirs until they share up.

  • Permissioned agents

Agents only reach the data and tools you allow.

  • Tamper-evident audit trail

Every action recorded in a log that cannot be silently altered.

  • Or your own cloud

When you need it, we deploy inside your own cloud environment.

In your environment

Need it inside your own cloud? We've done it.

Some data shouldn't leave your account at all. For those businesses we deploy inside the customer's own cloud environment, so the data and the AI processing stay in an account you control. We have already shipped an AI application into a client's own AWS account. Own-environment installs are scoped per business.

Managed AI Provider

You don't staff it. We run it.

Private AI isn't a product you install and forget. Someone has to set the permissions, keep the server patched, and answer when something looks wrong. As a Managed AI Provider, that someone is us, and the OS records every action so you can check our work.

AImpact Nexus is a Managed AI Provider (MAP): the MSP model, applied to AI. Our founder spent 17 years running a managed services company before its $7M exit. Same playbook: we set it up, keep it running, and stay accountable for it. What is a Managed AI Provider?

Who it's for

  • Businesses handling client records

Client files, case notes, and histories you are responsible for protecting.

  • Health, financial, and legal work

Sensitive information where “we pasted it into a chatbot” is not an acceptable answer.

  • Companies that banned ChatGPT

You said no to public AI. Your team still needs the help.

  • Owners whose clients ask where data goes

You want a clear, honest answer to give them.

Questions buyers ask

How can a small business use AI without sending sensitive data out?

Put your AI on a private system you control instead of public chat apps. On the AImpact OS, company and employee data sit on a dedicated server and database, with permissions on company data and on every agent. When a business needs more, we deploy inside its own cloud environment. We already run AI in a client's own AWS account.

What is a private AI server?

A private AI server is a dedicated server and database that runs AI for one company only. On the AImpact OS, your company knowledge, your employees’ private brains, and your agents live on your own box instead of in a shared chat workspace or personal accounts.

Does my data go to an AI model provider?

On the standard OS your data is stored on your dedicated server and database. When an agent works on a task, only the context that task needs is sent to the AI model doing the work, under your own AI account if you bring your own. If that is not acceptable for your data, we can deploy inside your own cloud environment instead.

Can the AI run in our own cloud account?

Yes. For businesses that need it, we deploy inside the customer's own cloud environment. We have already shipped an AI application into a client's own AWS account. Own-environment installs are scoped per business, so book a call to price one.

Who can see what inside the system?

Company data sits in a Company Brain with ACLs, so not everyone sees HR or client files. Each employee has a private brain that stays private until they choose to share up. Agents are permission-scoped too, and every action lands on a tamper-evident audit trail.

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. We are in SOC 2 audit prep and do not have a completed report, and we do not claim any compliance certification. Tell us your requirements on a call and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot meet.

What does private AI cost?

The AImpact OS on its own dedicated server is $599/mo with your own AI or $699/mo if we carry usage, with implementation from $5,000 one-time. Installs inside your own cloud account are scoped separately.
