Our commitments
Our security program is guided by these commitments:
- Protect customer information and limit access to authorized business purposes.
- Define responsibility for security, review risks, and improve safeguards as our services change.
- Evaluate service providers and customer requirements when designing each deployment.
- Investigate reported security concerns and communicate with affected customers when appropriate.
SOC 2 readiness
We are preparing for a SOC 2 audit and using Secureframe to organize policies, evidence, and remediation work. We do not currently have a completed SOC 2 report to share.
If your organization has specific assurance requirements, contact us before deployment so we can discuss the applicable service, available documentation, and any remaining requirements.
Report a concern or ask a question
Use our contact form and select “Security concern” or “Privacy or data request.” Include the affected service or URL, what you observed, and when it happened. For sensitive material, ask the team to arrange a suitable exchange method first.
