Audit this SOP against SBA SOP 50 10 8.
Done. Checked it against 50 10 8 and flagged three gaps — a missing conflict-of-interest attestation, no size-standard check, and an outdated eligibility clause. The corrected draft and a summary of changes are ready for your review.

Run by an operator

17 years running a $7M managed services company before exit. The MSP playbook, re-run on AI.

Your data, your cloud

Runs on your accounts and your approvals. You own the system and the bill.

Scoped first deployment

One agent with a named job — not a six-month platform project.

Findings before you commit

You get written findings from the readiness review before any engagement starts.

The real problem

You bought AI tools. Nobody owns the system.

ChatGPT, Copilot, a dozen point tools — your team uses a fraction of them and nothing operates end-to-end. Getting cited by AI answer engines matters, but it's one function, not the whole job. What's missing is someone who architects, deploys, and runs the AI as an operating system for your business.

The MAP model

For 30 years, SMBs outsourced IT to an MSP. Now they outsource AI to a MAP.

Same operational discipline — monthly recurring, SLA-backed, hands-on. New substrate. You don't hire AI engineers or stitch together 14 tools. You hire us to run it.

01

We architect it

We spend time in your workflows and design the AI operation around how your business actually runs — starting with one agent that earns its keep.

02

We deploy it

Built, wired to your tools, and live on the surfaces your team already uses. Shadow mode first, human-reviewed, then autonomous once proven.

03

We operate it monthly

Supervised, tuned, and expanded every month. SLA-backed response, business reviews, and new agents added as you grow.

Own your company's intelligence

Your company's knowledge should compound — not walk out the door.

Your best people are already using AI. The only question is whether the institutional knowledge they build with it lands in your business — or in a personal account you'll never get back.

Without a MAP

Shadow AI

Your team quietly runs the business through their personalChatGPT and Claude accounts. Every workflow they teach it, every document they paste in, becomes a second brain you don't own, can't see, and can't govern.

  • Company context piling up in logins you don’t control
  • No visibility, no audit trail, no governance
  • The day they resign, all of it walks out with them
  • You’re paying salaries to build someone else’s asset

Knowledge leaking out — and it compounds

With the AImpact OS

The Company Brain

Everyone still gets their own AI — their Sidekick — but it runs on your Company Brain. What they teach it becomes a company asset: owned, searchable, and permanent.

  • Every employee’s AI runs on one shared Company Brain
  • What they teach it is owned, searchable, and permanent
  • People come and go — the brain stays and keeps getting smarter
  • Knowledge compounds into the business, not out of it

Knowledge compounding in — and it stays

We fill it for you

Your Company Brain doesn't start empty.

Your data is scattered across platforms that were never built to talk to each other. We connect them — even integrations that have never existed before — aggregate what they hold, and make it AI-ready: structured, searchable, embedded. Then we fold it into your Company Brain, owned and on your private cloud.

  • Integrate the tools you already pay for — finally talking to each other
  • Aggregate scattered data into one structured, searchable place
  • Embedded and AI-ready, so your agents can actually use it
  • Built from everything your business already knows but couldn’t reach

Your Company Brain

Aggregated, AI-ready, owned by you

And you own the box it runs on.

None of this lives on OpenAI's servers or a personal login. Your Company Brain runs on your own private cloud— your data, your infrastructure, isolated and governed with permissions and a full audit trail. You own the intelligence and where it lives.

Your AI workforce

An org chart of AI, on one OS.

Not a chatbot. A head-op you hand the reins to, a marketing agent on your website, and a sidekick for every employee — all running on your OS, all managed by us.

The OS

The control plane

The environment your whole AI operation runs in — the Company Brain, context engineering, orchestration, permissions, and audit trail every agent works through.

REINS

The head-op you hand the reins to

REINS runs the OS: it directs the operation, coordinates the other agents, and can build apps when you need them. You hand it the reins.

ARIA

The marketing agent

Your marketing agent — lives on your website, qualifies visitors, answers questions, and books calls so your team only touches ready conversations.

Sidekicks

A sidekick for every employee

Each employee gets their own AI sidekick — tuned to their role, tools, and tasks, working through the same OS and Company Brain.

See it work

The agent on this page is the product.

We don't just talk about AI that frees your team — ARIA, our marketing agent, runs our own front door. She qualifies visitors, answers questions, and books calls, so a human only steps in when it counts. That's exactly what we deploy for you.

ARIA is live on this page

Look for the chat button in the bottom-right corner and ask her anything about managed AI — the same marketing agent we deploy on client sites.

Engagement scale

Is this a fit for you?

Managed AI engagements start at $2k/mo and scale to $50k+/mo depending on how much of your operation you hand over. The readiness review tells you where you'd land — before you commit to anything.

Shared

$2k–$3k/mo

One managed agent on our infrastructure. Best for a first, single-department deployment.

Dedicated

$5k–$10k/mo

Your cloud, your LLM account, full ownership. Multi-department operations and data locality.

Enterprise / Regulated

$15k–$50k+/mo

Private VPC, signed BAA, dedicated engineer. Clinics, legal, and financial services under compliance.

New to all this? Start with AI in plain English.

Our free education series breaks down how AI actually works — no jargon, no pitch. Learn first, then decide if a readiness review makes sense.

Questions operators actually ask

Do we own the AI, the data, and the accounts?

Yes. On our Dedicated and Enterprise engagements the AI runs on your cloud, on your own LLM account, against your data. You see the usage bill. If we ever part ways, you keep the system.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Your data stays in your environment. Regulated work (HIPAA, SOC 2) runs on a commercial LLM API with a signed BAA, zero-data-retention config, private VPC, and audit logging.

What about hallucinations and mistakes?

Every new agent starts in shadow mode — a human reviews everything before it acts. We only remove the training wheels once it earns trust. No customer-facing mistakes on our watch.

Does the AI act without our approval?

Only where you decide it should. Approval gates are configured per workflow. High-stakes actions stay human-approved; routine work runs autonomously once proven.

Will this replace my team?

No. The whole thesis is the opposite: AI takes the repetitive load so your people do the work only humans can. We free employees, we do not replace them.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Week 1 discovery and workflow mapping. Week 2 architecture and first agent deployed. Week 3 shadow mode with human review. Week 4 go-live with a scheduled monthly review. One working agent, not a six-month roadmap.

Find out what AI would actually do for your business.

Written findings in 3–5 business days. No pressure, no jargon, honest fit call.
