Our leadership built and ran a regional Managed Service Provider for nearly two decades. The MSP category didn't exist as a named business model when we started — we were the team that kept the servers running for businesses that couldn't afford their own IT department. Who owns the data and the AI account?
You do. The OS runs on your dedicated server. You can bring your own AI or we carry usage. Employee data stays in the employee brain; company data stays in the Company Brain behind ACLs. If you part ways, you keep the system.
