For MSPs and IT providers

How can an MSP offer AI to its clients without building an AI platform?

Short answer

White-label a managed AI platform. With the AImpact OS, each of your clients gets its own private AI system, on its own server and database, carrying your brand: your name, logo, colors and domain. AI agents work with roles, approvals and an audit trail, and a Company Brain answers from the client's own documents. AImpact Nexus runs and updates the platform; you keep the client relationship and the monthly revenue. We were an MSP for 17 years, so we built it the way an MSP would want to sell it.

Your clients are already asking about AI

Their staff paste company data into personal chat apps. Their software vendors bolt on AI features nobody governs. And they will ask you, because you are the one they trust with their technology. The channel sees it too: Pax8 now talks about MSPs becoming Managed Intelligence Providers. The question is whether you build that platform yourself or put your brand on one that already runs.

What you get

  • Your brand

Each client’s OS carries your name, logo and colors, on a domain you choose.

  • Private per client

Every client gets its own dedicated server and database. No shared tenant data.

  • Governed agents

Roles, permissions, approvals for anything risky, an audit trail and a halt switch on every agent.

  • Company Brain

The client’s documents, email and notes become knowledge the AI answers from, with sources and permissions.

  • We run the platform

Hosting, updates, model upgrades, patches and backups are ours. New models switch in without a rebuild.

  • You keep the client

Your relationship, your monthly revenue, a new managed service line alongside IT.

Built by an MSP

We ran an MSP for 17 years

Our founder built and ran a managed services company for 17 years before its $7M exit. The AImpact OS is run the way an MSP runs IT: monthly, accountable, with change control and a record of every action. Today it runs private AI systems for businesses in manufacturing, lending, healthcare, nonprofits and professional services, each on its own server and database.

Questions buyers ask

How can an MSP offer AI to its clients without building an AI platform?

White-label a managed AI platform. With the AImpact OS, each of your clients gets its own private AI system, on its own server and database, carrying your brand: your name, logo, colors and domain. AI agents work with roles, approvals and an audit trail, and a Company Brain answers from the client's own documents. AImpact Nexus runs and updates the platform; you keep the client relationship and the monthly revenue. We were an MSP for 17 years, so we built it the way an MSP would want to sell it.

What does white-label mean for the AImpact OS?

Each client's OS can carry your company's name, logo and brand color, on a domain you choose. Your client logs into an AI system that looks like yours. Behind it, each client runs on its own dedicated server and database, so one client's data never sits with another's.

Who supports the client?

You own the relationship and first-line support, the way you do for IT today. AImpact Nexus runs the platform: hosting, updates, model upgrades, security patches and backups, and we back you up on anything AI-specific. We agree the exact split with each partner before the first client goes live.

What is a Managed Intelligence Provider, and is this the same thing?

Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) is a term Pax8 introduced in 2025 for MSPs that add AI services. Partnering with AImpact Nexus is one way to become one: you offer managed, governed AI under your brand, and we provide and run the platform underneath it.

What does it cost a partner?

Our end-client prices are published: implementation from $5,000, and the AImpact OS at $599/mo if the client brings its own AI or $699/mo if we provide the AI. Partner pricing and margins depend on volume and how much of the support you take on; we put them in writing on the first call.

How fast can we stand up a client?

We create a new client OS, with its own server, database, agent and vault, from one provisioning command. Most of the onboarding time goes into the part that matters: loading the client’s knowledge into its Company Brain and setting who can see what.

Why not just resell Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?

You can, and many MSPs do. Those are per-seat chat tools. The AImpact OS is a managed system: agents with jobs and limits, approvals for anything risky, a record of every action, company knowledge with permissions, and a choice of AI models. That is a service you can run and charge for every month, not just a license you pass through.
