Private AI for business means your company gets its own AI environment — not a shared ChatGPT login. The AImpact OS runs on a dedicated server and a dedicated database for your company. Your documents, agents, and logs never sit next to another customer. We operate it as a managed AI service.
Is this a private AI server or ChatGPT for my company?
It is a private AI server plus the software on top. You are not renting a ChatGPT Business seat. You get a dedicated box, a dedicated database, a company brain, and one managed company AI (REINS). Extra people are $79/mo if they bring their own AI, $104/mo if we carry usage, and include support. ChatGPT Business is a shared workspace; this is your own OS.
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot?
Copilot lives in Microsoft 365 and is a software seat. The AImpact OS is a dedicated AI operating system we host and manage: your own server, your own database, agent-level permissions, and a human-supported company AI. Copilot does not give you a private box or a managed operator.
What is an AI operating system?

You can bring your own AI; if we carry AI usage the base is $699/mo. ARIA and Nexus Studio are $799 per month on top of the OS.
Can we build our own apps on it?

Is ARIA included in the OS?
No. The OS is $599 per month with two named instances and one REINS. ARIA (the marketing agent) and Nexus Studio (site, content, AEO) are $799 per month additional.
What is a company brain?
A company brain is the shared knowledge layer for the business: documents, SOPs, client history, and what your team teaches their AI. It is the second brain the company owns. Every employee sidekick reads it. When someone resigns, the brain stays.
How is a company brain different from a second brain?
A second brain usually means a personal system — Notion, Obsidian, or ChatGPT history. That walks out with the person. A company brain is the same idea for the organization: one private knowledge base on your dedicated server that every agent and employee uses. Personal second brains are fine. The business still needs one it owns.
